High in the lush hills surrounding Medellín, Colombia, at altitudes between 1,300 and 1,500 meters, Eclipse is grown in volcanic loam soil by dedicated smallholder farmers who cultivate each lot with extraordinary care and heritage.
This medium roast is crafted from beans that are fully washed and slowly dried in solar dryers, a method that shields them from seasonal rains while preserving clarity, structure, and complexity in every cup. The result is a luxurious, layered profile—dry orange peel, sun-ripened berries, and rich Colombian chocolate, unfolding with smooth brightness and a cocoa-rich body that lingers like a soft twilight.
